 | | Now this is a real good one. I just couldn't stop playing it. I remember the times in school when I played such battleship games with my class mates on a sheet of paper. There were times!
Maybe this was the reason I couldn't stop playing it. The memories that invaded my head. I'm sure for some of you this game will have the same effect.
Tuned with a 3D graphic and some explosions effects, this little game will attract also the new ones. You can hover you camera in any direction upon the battle scene, and even zoom the image.
The ships are like toys but with enough details to make them virtual real. If you have hit a ship this will begin to burn and after you have destroyed it will remain a ship frame.
The music defines the character of the game and it won't bother you too much. It will help integrate deeply in the game. The sound quality can be set up to 44khz and the video resolution to 1024x768.
The full version of SeaWar: The Battleship features 4 episodes with own ship sets and network and chat support.
Pluses: 3D graphics; smoke effects; music; addictive gameplay, network support
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: Sometimes you don't need high technology support to create a good game.
