 | | One of the most powerful FTP clients, FTP Commander provides full support for Shell Access, FTPS , SFTP and other protocols. Its main quality is that it can encrypt all data traffic so that the login information cannot be intercepted. That's why it includes all current security standards like SSL, TLS, SSH, PGP.
I was surprised by the transfer speed. It's the fastest that I saw from all the FTP client application tested. That's because it supports multithreading transfer and packet and file synchronization, scripting, 128-256bit encryption.
But why is the name FTP Commander? Maybe because the interface is similar to Total Commander or to the older Norton Commander. Based on two separate windows one for local disk and one for FTP servers, the application gives you full access to all the commands. The transfer buttons are placed between the main windows so that you can easily choose if you want to download or upload files.
Pluses: You can see all the main commands from a single glimpse; supports multithreading transfer; 128-256bit encryption;
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: One of the fastest FTP client application.
