Drawbacks / flaws: When opening documents saved as DOC text files with OpenOffice, they appeared to be blank. Also, when trying to convert PDF files containing over one hundred pages, the program froze and we had to forcefully close it.
In conclusion: Easy to use and nicely designed but still containing flaws that make it unusable at times.
