| | Advanced Time Reports Professional is a program designed to help you manage your projects, keep an accurate track of your projects' evolution and increase your billable hours.
You can create extremely well structured databases containing customers, projects and categories (incoming requests or on-site visits). The program will help you manage effectively every worked hours by creating time cards for every customer or project. The database is stored in .mdb format and it can be backed up for safety and it can also be shared on a network.
You can use ATR in server mode and you can create multiple accounts if you are working with a team. Synchronization with PDAs is also available, in order to increase mobility. Activity reports (project summaries or time cards) can be saved in RTF, TXT AND PDF file format.
Pluses: Bundled with the program comes the Advanced Time Reports Link which allows you to import/export time logs, clients, projects and users' lists as well as to import time logs from file, MS Outlook and QuickBooks.
