After installing the application, you need to enter your company information, logo and sales greeting message. In the 'Options' sectin, you can select the receipt printer (the program works best with EPSON TM-U200, 210, 220), printing invoices, tax rates, setting backup "SAVE" directories, regional settings such as date, time, currency, merchant's ID as tax collector, "tax invoice" and "tax receipt". You can enter data related to your products and customer information, invoice layout and you are ready to insert data about products, setup users and access rights.

After completing the setup, you are ready for business. The program keeps an accurate tracking of all operations. You can generate report containing data related to sales, gross profit, sales and cost account summary, you can get sales analysis by product classes, by salesman, by invoice etc. in case you need it, you can import and export POS data files to Excel files.

Pluses: For sales over the phone, by email, by Internet Shopping Cart an add-on is available which will allow you to automatically transfer the email order into the POS program. Extra non-standard features can be added for improving quality.
