| | Arrange Startup is a program designed to manage your startup programs. When you run it, it will display a list of all your programs loaded at startup with the options of adding or removing programs from the startup list. The fewer the programs you load into the memory, the faster your computer will run. Comparing the results displayed by this application with the applications displayed by the Msconfig function, I learned that Msconfig displayed 25 programs in the list, out of which 21 were set to load up at startup, while Arrange Startup showed only the running 21 programs and ignored the other five.

In conclusion: The use of this application is somehow questionable, since it represents a section of Msconfig utility. If a user knows how to use Msconfig, using Arrange Startup would be redundant. In case the user doesn't know how to use this utility, he probably won't know which program components to allow at startup and which not. After, all the choice is yours.
