| | AutoScreenRecorder is an application which allows yo to make movies of your desktop, meaning that you can capture regions of your screen, windows or your fullscreen in AVI format with AutoScreenRecorder. You can hide or show the mouse pointer while recording. You can set hotkeys for start, pause, stop and cancel recording. As for video settings, you can select between four video compressors and customize settings where available.
Pluses:
Drawbacks / flaws:You cannot record audio along with video and, in all, the program proved to be unstable, as it crashed a few times.
In conclusion: Considering the fact that it is freeware and depending on your personal needs, it can be seen as a good program, although it has its' drawbacks. But we all know that there always room for improvement.
