Startup Optimizer 1.6

As suggested by the title, Startup Optimizer allows you to select the programs which will start automatically with Windows. If you are logged on as Administrator, the program displays all the programs included in the Startup section divided into two sections: programs used by all users and programs used by current user. Each section is divided into two subsections: Registry and Startup menu, depending on where is every program located. For each running application, Startup Optimizer displays information containing Name, Command Path, Location, Rating (whether it's the user's choice to run the program, the program is required, not required or it is unknown) and memory usage. Options in the program allow you to start/stop a program, open in Explorer, view properties, add or remove it from the startup list.

Pluses: You can create a backup of the settings before making any changes and restore those backups in case something went wrong.
