These exercises are automatically integrated into the muscle chart, giving you more choices to work on specific muscle groups. The original exercises that are bundled within MySportTraining fully remain available. The series only occupies about 250 KB, and can be installed in memory or on a storage card, independently of the location of MySportTraining for Pocket PC itself. You can also uninstall the series without impacting any of the data you have entered nor the other exercises. You can also install multiple series. Requires MySportTraining for Pocket PC 3.93 or newer (which is available for free to registered MySportTraining users).
