Each food record supplies 31 different nutrient values, including: Calories, Protein, Fat, Saturated Fat, Monounsaturated Fat, Polyunsaturated Fat, Cholesterol, Carbohydrate, Fiber, Ash, Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Selenium, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, and Water. Each nutrient value is presented according to typical portion amounts, with most foods having multiple portion sizes to choose from.
NutriLog adjusts to meet your needs. If you wish to track just a few nutrients, you can restrict the nutrient values displayed from the Preferences page. You can even add and delete food from the food database.
