| | '123Tag' is supposed to help you edit MP3 tags (ID3v1 and ID3v2). An interesting feature of this program is the fact that it can export the ID3 tag info to a CSV file that you can use with MS Excel and others programs like it. The program can also auto-number files in the same folder. You can change file names automatically, by using the tag information or you can extract them from the file name.
While testing the program I've noticed that it is very slow and sometimes, when I refreshed the list, it continued to display the loading message until I closed it. This is among the worst programs I've seen. I see no reason to pay for software like this.
It looks like the user interface has not been updated since the first version and it is not optimized.

Drawbacks / flaws: Unstable during the test.
In conclusion: If you want to edit the ID3 tag for your MP3 files you can use Winamp which is free.
