Play Japanese number puzzles wherever you are, whenever you want SuDoKu is a challenging puzzle game which originates from Japan. The goal is to fill the board with digits 1-9 making sure that every digit only occurs once in every row, once in every column and once in every sub board (made up of 3 x 3 squares). Sounds easy, but can be really hard to solve. With this PocketPC version of SuDoKu you play wherever you are and whenever you want, maybe on the bus to work, during a commercial break on TV or even during a boring meeting (but turn the volume down). This application is also available for Windows desktop operating systems (such as XP, Win2000, etc.). For more information about this version, please see www.jobrosoftware.se. SuDoKu can generate unique puzzles in four different levels of difficulty and each generated puzzle is guaranteed to have only one solution. You can also create your own puzzle, maybe by copying one from your local newspaper, and play or let the program solve the puzzle for you if you get stuck. The number of solved puzzles on each level and the best time on each level is saved between games so you can always see how many puzzles you have solved and if you are improving your skills. If the four levels aren't enough you can also choose to display the numbers either as ordinary Latin numbers (1,2,3 etc.), as Roman numbers (I, II, III etc.) or as dots like you see on an ordinary dice. You can also save a game, including the entries you have made yourself, so you can continue a game later on if you get interrupted, or simply use the pause function. You can also restart a game if you notice that you have made a wrong choice somewhere. Finally, SuDoKu can help you solve the puzzles by only displaying numbers that are valid in each cell. This makes the Easy-level puzzles very easy to solve but is less helpful when playing the more difficult levels. Download the demo version today and try it out, if you are not already addicted you probably will be. Limitations in the demo version: - 7 day trial period
- Only Easy-level puzzles can be created
