Snake Pit Publisher's Description | In a rather misguided attempt to procure a pet snake of your very own, you've dug a deep pit in your backyard. Despite this underwhelming display of intelligence and imagination; after many, many, many days, you do indeed find a snake in the pit. Unfortunately, the snake doesn't seem to reciprocate your profession of undying love and affection, and it madly slithers about the pit, unceasingly looking for a means of escape. Your clumsy attempts at 'feeding' the snake - by THROWING apples at it, of all things - aren't making it any less agitated - so it's constantly in frentic motion. Control the snake with your: - PDA's navigation buttons,
- tapping the arrow keys on the screen, or
- by tapping to one side or the other of the snake as it moves around the pit.
Take care not to run into the pit walls or into parts of the snake itself. As the snake consumes the apples it gets longer... and slightly faster. Consume the apples as quickly as possible for the maximum number of points. Play in one of three modes: - Boa mode which is relatively slow and easy,
- Grass which is the mode screen-captured, and
- Rattlesnake mode, which I can barely play because I'm such a spaz.
