| Worst Service I ever had and worst support
I purchased the software and few days after that my treo 680 died, the registration did not work on the new treo I purchased. I sent several emails and finally they replied to me that I have to buy new registration. Its the worst product / company I had since I started using palm 4 years ago. Worst customer service and support. I cant beleive I have to buy new key after only using it for few days. I just purchased the sofware and the key they dont work. This will be the last time I purchase any product from jordan because they dont understand or know how to treat the customer or care once they take your money.
