| | | | | HandEchart Professional Publisher's Description | Clinicians seeking increased productivity, better patient organization, fast access to important patient data, and the need to generate reports on the fly for billing should TRY HandEchart Professional. The focus of HandEchart Professional is to offer a practical and basic electronic patient record keeping system that anyone can learn in minutes. If you''ve tried the other Palm medical applications, and found them too complicated, then we suggest giving HandEchart Professional a look, and you''ll see just how simple and effective this application is to better manager your patient''s data. HandEchart Professional was clinically designed in partnership with Chris Helopoulos, PA-C. A lot of time and effort went into making the program simple to learn, with a focus on straightforward recording and storing of all the essential patient information. Patient Information HandEchart Professional uses color, buttons, and easy to read fields so knowing what information to enter in each space is obvious. The program even includes built in menus for entering MRN''s & Room No. using simple tap and enter keys. This minimizes the needs to use graffiti input for these common fields with each patient. Organization HandEchart Professional offers quick viewing of patient records by three categories: inpatient, outpatient, and DC''d. The program also offers filtering using up to six different criteria, e.g. date, practitioner, etc. Patient records can also be sorted in the list view in a number of ways, which can be combined with the filter settings. Simple & Easy Forms: HandEchart Professional uses drop down menu lists, check-boxes, easy to read navigation buttons, and built-in key pads to make data entry a snap! Extensive Built-in Features: An extensive built-in drug list containing over 2,600 generic entries is included with HandEchart Professional. Using the fast link short-cut feature, users can search the drug list by entering in the first few letters of a drug by trade or generic name. Once found, a simple tap and the drug name automatically is entered into the patients record. Search for a referring physician right from the patients record couldn''t be faster using the Palm Address book-searching feature. Tap the "Address Book" lookup button, search your Palm Address book, and the program will actually insert the selected physician''s name, address, phone, and email to the patients record for you. Printing / Exporting / Reporting: Patient records can be printed out directly from the Palm device using third party drivers (PrintBoy or PalmPrint). User can also print and export data directly to MS-Excel and MS-Word, using the HanDBase desktop application that is included with your purchase. For those demanding clinicians wanting more reporting power, HanDBase Sync Exchange for MS-Access can be purchased. The solution will allow users to sync directly with MS-Access, which can then be used to generate reports / query''s right in MS-Access. | | | | | Download HandEchart Professional | Screenshots
