Effy-Editor 1.0 Publisher's Description
Effy-Editor 1.0 is the program to encode in WinCE-based PDA a document that is compatible to the one in PC. That is, you can set up the way of encoding for each language using Effy-Editor in PDA. Effy-Editor 1.0 supports Unicode such that it is possible to freely exchange documents written in multi-lingual language between PDA and PC.
