Project Tracker 2 Publisher's Description | Project Tracker 2.1 will keep vital project information organized and readily available. Project Tracker lets you delegate assignments for each project with sub-tasks for each assignment. Important data fields let you track; Project manager, project status, team members, assignees, assignment names, tasks, dates when assigned, completion dates, notes for each assignment, notes for each task and the status of the project and link with your Outlook contacts and Pocket Word! Project Tracker will show a synopsis of your project as it develops. You can print reports of important project information and of meeting minutes right from your pocket pc or use the desktop link to import your data to Microsoft Access and produce customized reports. There are no limitations to the number of projects, assignments and tasks. You can view you projects in a list then double tap any project in the list to go to that project, the same for assignments and tasks too. Each project has a user definable completion status and a project phase, and a synopsis view to let you view the status of a project at a glance. Meeting Minutes - Track meetings, what was said and by who, what action is required and by who, link attendees to your contact list. Print a report of the meetings you choose (reports can be printed right from your pocket pc or saved and beamed to a printer or laptop!). Integrated meeting minutes allow project meetings to be sorted by that day?s topic, attendees can be added, deleted re-used for other meetings. Meeting notes are sorted by attendee to keep track of who said what and what action is required and by what date. Projects, assignments, meeting minutes and attendees all have links to your outlook contacts. Project Tracker 2.1 will run on any device using CE3.0 or greater.
