IM Hexapawn for Pocket PC Publisher's Description | Is chess too slow for you ? Try IM Hexapawn. It is a cut down version of chess without the need for Kings, Queens, Castles, Bishops and Knights. All you have is pawns. No more do innocent and defenceless pawns have to lay down their lives so royalty can live another day. It is played on different-sized chessboards with only pawns. As in chess, a pawn can move ahead one space if the space is free, and can capture an enemy pawn diagonally. The first player to advance to the other side of the board wins. Unlike chess, if a player is blocked, they lose. Therefore there are no draws in Hexapawn - it's a fight to the death!. Features include: - Different size boards, (up to a 10x10).
