Our personal healthcare product gives you the tools necessary to monitor your health data and to give your physician the information he needs to choose the adequate treatment.
The user interface is creatively designed for maximizing easy-of-use, power and flexibility. With Personal Health Tracker you can: - Track your blood pressure and pulse rates. You can add, delete or modify the records in the database.
- Track your temperature when you are ill and monitor its variance. You can add, delete or modify each record in the database and take it with different thermometers orally, rectally, in the ear, axillary or on the brow. The software supports and automatically recognizes both Fahrenheit and Celsius units of measure.
- Create a complete register of all medications you take and establish a treatment program including their dosage and frequency. With PHT you will never forget your pill because of its reminder option. The software contains many standard drug measurement units but if a unit is not included in our database, you can define it yourself.
- Fill in the database with all your medications -- prescription, non-prescription, vitamins, herbs and minerals. Each doctor needs to know what drugs you are taking, including those prescribed by other physicians.
- Create an address book to store and maintain contact information and notes about all doctors you come into contact with. While organizing your doctor's appointments you can also use the reminder function.
- With the notes edit field you can create a checklist for your doctor appointment with all signs and symptoms of health problems you have noticed. The more organized your presentation, the easier it will be for your practitioner to arrive at diagnosis.
Using the Personal Health Tracker is easy. The handheld version is designed for ease-of-use, focusing on fast data entry and convenient summaries. You are not required to possess any medical background or special knowledge to use the PHT.
