Our interface. We designed our interface from the ground up to be simpler than the competition yet still rhobust and expandable. The other PIMs, while offering a few more Features, have outgrown their interface. Just Try to do simple things like setup Category Icons or color schemes. There is no Consistancy. You will have to sort through large list of rarely and never used settings, and then realize that this particular setting might be in a menu, or a double-click of some icon. Not the simplicity that they claim. Good thing they have a huge manual..
