Overview

PhatNotes Palm OS Edition is an advanced notes organizer for Palm OS powered mobile devices and Microsoft Windows powered Desktop PCs. PhatNotes allows users to create notes and organize them by type, subject, creation and modification date. PhatNotes provides powerful text search, document security, and email capabilities. Interface to the Contacts Database enables quick access to email addresses and contact information.

The new release of PhatNotes Palm OS Edition offers many new features including hyperlinks between notes, support for multiple notes databases, customizable views, user reminders, a spell checker (desktop PC only), HTML export capability with support for customized templates, and more. PhatNotes Palm OS Edition is fully compatible with Palm OS 5, supports devices with high resolution screen, and offers support for specific Sony Clié features, such as Jog Dial button and Silk Screen.

• Palm Desktop Software version 4.0 or later.
• Palm OS-powered mobile device, such as Palm m505, V, VII, Tungsten, Sony Clié, Tapwave Zodiac, and others.
• Palm OS version 3.5 or later (including Palm OS 5).
• 170K of free storage space for application.
• Additional storage space is required for notes database, depending on the size and quantity of notes entered into notes databases. We recommend that you have at least 100K of free storage space for notes databases.

Desktop PC

• Personal, Multimedia or portable computer with Pentium Pro 200MHz or better processor.
• Windows NT 4.0 Workstation or Server with Service Pack 6, or Windows 98 SR2, Windows ME, Windows 2000 Server/Professional, or Windows XP Home/Professional.
• 25MB of free disk space for full installation, an additional 20MB required for temporary files during installation.
• 64 MB of memory to use on Windows 98/ME/Windows NT 4.0 (128 recommended).
• 128 MB of memory to use on Windows 2000/Windows XP.
• Super VGA, 16-bit color or better video adapter.
• Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device.
