- Countdown to the New Year: See exactly how long you have left to fulfil your resolution. Provides excellent motivation to keep your resolutions.
Choose the tracking method that is best for you: - Make or Break: You start your resolution in the New Year. If you decide to break it, use the Manage tool in the Resolution Manager to note this.
- Daily: Track your resolution on a daily basis.
- Weekly: Track your resolution on a weekly basis.
- Monthly: Track your resolution on a monthly basis.
Choose the duration of your resolutions and target them to specific months: - Annual Duration: The traditonal New Year Resolution - lasts one year but very hard to keep.
