Accurate steam tables for your Palm OS 3.1 to 5.x device using Process Ace Steam Properties! Our popular steam table program calculates thermodynamic and transport properties of steam for pressures between 0.08865 and 2398.45 psia (0.0061 and 165.37 Bar) and temperatures between 32.022 and 1472 °F (0.01 and 800 °C). This is an invaluable tool for students, instructors or anyone working in the field of Process, Mechanical or Power Engineering.
Our steam tables calculate properties for all regions (superheated steam, saturated steam and subcooled water). The following data entry choices are supported:
Pressure and quality Temperature and quality Pressure and temperature Pressure and entropy Pressure and enthalpy Temperature and entropy Temperature and enthalpy
All properties are calculated. This program does not use interpolation, curve fitting or look-up tables. Results are accurate, and closely match published steam tables.

version 2.1.0 (2/16/04) Added "localization" functionality to allow input and output in European numerical format (based on your handheld's Country setting). Added heat of vaporization to the "Phase Data" form. Added clear all, undo, cut, copy, paste and select all choices to the Edit menu. The new version is compatible with all of the latest devices (i.e., such as the new Tungsten T3, and devices running Palm OS 5.2.1 or newer). Fixed a bug when entering a temperature lower than 38 degrees F when in "enter Temperature and Entropy" mode. Numbers can be inputted in scientific notation (and very small numbers will output in scientific notation). Updated all of the Tips (help) forms. Updated the user manual.
