Pitch Counter Publisher's Description Track pitching statistics and monitor pitch velocity in real-time with Pitch Counter! From Little League to Major League baseball, parents, coaches, and scouts can use Pitch Counter to track the progress of their children, pitching staff, and pitching prospects.
Numerous pitching statistics can be tracked during games such as pitch count (total number of pitches thrown during the game by your pitcher), pitch type count (fastballs, curves, etc.), strikeouts, hits, walks, innings pitched, and earned runs. Ratios such as ERA and WHIP are calculated on the fly for the current game and throughout the season for each pitcher.
Radar gun readings are available by tapping the radar button when the pitcher releases the ball and again when the catcher catches the ball. The radar reading is accurate to within 2 mph.
With Pitch Counter, multiple pitchers can be tracked throughout the season and season statistics for any pitcher can be viewed at any time.
Observations can be recorded in Pitch Counter for each pitch outing, such as notes on possible pitch tipping, mechanical pitching flaws, and overall pitching performance.
