You will find most of the same great features of the Award-winning MySportTraining for Pocket PC, plus these new exciting features: - Define your own exercise and customize the calorie calculation with great precision, or simply use the default calculations that are provided.
- Download your workouts from your Polar® heart rate monitor (models supported: S410, S510, S610 and S610i, S710 and S710i, S725, S810 and S810i supported). Examine your workout session in details by zooming in and out, getting the details about a portion of your workout, seeing how much time spent in each training zone, etc. You can even email your HRM data file (to your coach, friends) with one click!
- Print workouts, calendar and graphs.
- Track data for your friends, family member or coachees, each with his or her personal preference settings, and keep the information private through password protection.
- Define your own data fields if you need to track information that is not already available. For instance, you can track some equipment used during your workouts (e.g. bikes, shoes) or health information (cholesterol, glasses of water per day, etc.) Each custom field you define can also be charted, like any other available graphs.
- Synchronize your data with your Pocket PC in a snap via ActiveSync (version 3.7 or newer recommended). Enter your workouts and health data on either your Pocket PC or desktop/laptop, and they automatically synchronize with each other. No need to enter the information twice. And whereas other applications require you to manually synchronize your data, all the synchronization is automatic, exactly like your appointments or contacts.
