Resistor Calculator Publisher's Description Resistor Calculator With this Resistor Calculator it is easy to calculate the value of a resistor. If the color bands on the resistor are known, the value can be calculated in the "Color based" calculation mode. If a value is known, the color bands can be determined by using the "Value based" calculation mode. In version 2.0 Ohm's Law is added, so on base of this equation the voltage, current or resistor can be calculated. In version 3.0 you can calculator the value of a resistor with 4 or 6 color bands In version 3.1 the Power Law is added, so on the base of this equation the voltage, current or power can be calculated. In version 3.1a the interface of the Power Law and Ohm's Law is changed. There is also a new registration method in use; so the old registration code does not work on this version. Pocket PC 2000 and 2002 The program works with Pocket PC 2000 and 2002 (Arm, SH3 en Mips). During the installation of Resitor Calculator you get a window with questions about replacing files; answer them with NO and Resistor Calculator will work. Windows Mobile 2003 If you want to use Resistor Calculator on a Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 2003, you first need to download a file which makes it possible to let Resistor Calculator work with Windows Mobile 2003. To download this file go to: http://msdn.microsoft.com/mobility/windowsmobile/downloads/evb_eula.aspx. Install Resistor Calculator after installing the file "msvbppc.armv4.cab". To install "msvbppc.armv4.cab" copy it to your device and double click it with in the File Explorer; the file will extract itselve.
