For example, add up the ingrediants for your own CHILI and then save it as John''s Chili. That way, every time you make John''s Chili, you just add it to the food tracker for the day to determine what your eating.
Great for people who have to watch what they eat, including diabetics because now you no longer have to carry around a bunch of books and brochures.
