This program is supposed to help you create slide shows with your photos. This program is very easy to use, due to the fact that all its features are on the main screen. You can access very quickly the 'Options' menu where you can modify the path to the output file the resolution, and the video and audio compressor. You can also preview the slide show before converting it.
I am a little surprised that now when screen resolutions are tending to be higher and higher, this programs best resolution is 800x600. You can set a higher resolution by selecting 'Custom Size' from the 'Resolution' menu but even at 1024x768, the preview will look bad and move slowly on an average computer.
After previewing a slide show of five pictures, (the maximum number allowed in the trial version) I've tried to convert it. Although the program seemed to do its job, I wasn't able to find the output file. The path was set to 'Desktop'.
The user interface is very simple, but looks old. When you pass with your mouse over a button, you'll here an annoying sound. I wasn't able to turn off that sound.
Pluses: Drawbacks / flaws: I couldn't create an output file. There is an annoying sound, which I couldn't turn off.
In conclusion: This program still needs some work, meanwhile you can try
Flash Slideshow Maker, which will give you a SWF output file instead of the AVI file, offered by this program.
