| | WebZIP is a spider. This means hat it's an online/offline browser which allows you to download to your hard drive articles, pages, directories or entire web sites.
You can use the program to view online content: when opening a website, you can view it's source code, script errors, links and stopped pop-ups. In case you wish to download the content in order to view it later, you can start a new project and choose your settings. You can choose to use predefined download method templates, or you can manually set the download preferences. You can select which file types you wish to include in the download, you can choose how many levels the program should follow links into and you can also set up filters. You can create inclusion or exclusion filters for page links, media links and text links. Downloads can be scheduled in order to automatize the process.
You can browse and view all the downloaded content later, without being connected to the Internet. Advanced settings include the repetitive auto-saving of tasks, variable parsing speed, customizable delay between downloads, WebZIP can be also used as a regular internet browser, as it includes a Google search bar, pop-up blocker and supports multi-tabbing.
