| | PhotoArtist is a photo editing software.
PhotoArtist is an easy application that helps you add quickckly effects to photos. The software has an intuitive graphical user interface. You get brush and eraser tools. There are also effects for blending and opacity scale.
There are a lot of filters to play with. I enjoyed the "fill", "view original" and "preview filter" buttons, much easier than the undo or redo filter. I found the application to be responsive and quick in adding effects.
In my test, PhotoArtist turned out to be fast and fun to use. On small resolution images everything went well. But as I turned over to 1920 x 1200 resolution PhotoArtist got slower in adding effects. For a photo editing software, the application is missing lots of features.
Pluses: lots of effects, quick.
Drawbacks / flaws: needs more features.
In conclusion: PhotoArtist helps you play with effects on your photos.
