 | | Audio Terminator is a digital tool designed for 'home users'. Although the application consists of 5 features, such as AUDIO RECORDER, BATCH AUDIO CONVERTER, AUDIO EDITOR, AUDIO CD RIPPER, and AUDIO CD BURNER, don't be too impressed.
From a beginner's point of view, this tool should provide all features needed for a home studio recording. Audio Terminator can record files from different sources, can convert into all the common audio formats, but it can also rip or burn your audio CDs. It has also an audio editor, but it's far from being a powerful tool.
It supports different input types of recording, such as microphone, LINE IN, mp3 players (winamp, realplayer), PC games, or streamed audio files from the internet. As well as all the major input files, including Ogg Vorbis, VOX, AVI, and MPEG. Besides those it also supports output files such as MP3, WMA, Wave, and OGG with audio quality adjustment. The audio editor uses the most common audio filters, like Band Pass Filter, High Pass Filter, Low Pass Filter, High Shelf Filter, Low Shelf Filter, FFT Filter, FIR Filter, Notch Filter, and PeakEQ Filter
Pluses: a great all-in-one audio converter for beginners. Good speed when converting the files.
Drawbacks / flaws:
In conclusion: The application is fully dedicated to beginners. Therefore, if you need a more powerful tool, this is not the right one.
