Fields include: sales representative name, shipping date, terms, due date, product ID, description, quantity, unit price, line total, shipping and handling fees.
Pluses: It saves you a lot of time, and, since it is free, it represents a good alternative to other billing solutions.
Drawbacks / flaws: The Invoice Template is compatible only with Microsoft Excel; while trying to use it with OpenOffice, several errors have occurred.
In conclusion: A very good, easy to use and useful free billing tool.
