All you have to do is to fill in the blank form with the desired information and the software will automatically calculate the subtotal, tax percentage and total billing of products. Fields include: sales representative name, shipping date, terms, due date, product ID, description, quantity, unit price, line total, shipping and handling fees.
Pluses: It saves you a lot of time, and, since it is free, it represents a good alternative to other billing solutions.
Drawbacks / flaws: The Invoice Template is compatible only with Microsoft Excel; while trying to use it with OpenOffice, several errors have occurred.
In conclusion: A very good, easy to use and useful free billing tool.
