 | | SSSpider is an information retriever from the Internet. The program searches for specific, relevant information from domains of your choice, so that you will be able to get a good and complete glimpse of your subject of interest.
You can organize your queries into specific searches in several languages. You can search for entire phrases and the searches can be customized to match one word, all words, the exact phrase, etc. The results will be displayed in a new window as links. Clicking on link will open it in a new Web browser window.
The program is based on the services provided by several search engines. The list of search engines can be customized in order for you to get the most relevant data. You can also set the program to investigate only pages which have been created or modified on or after a certain date. You can create a list of queries and if you feel to prioritize some queries, the others can be postponed and resumed later on.
