A4desk sucks The program itself would be ingenious if it would work properly. I tried the eval version and it seemed to work fine. I decided to purchase a registered version for the year. I received a download for the registered version. That is when the problems began. The images would not load properly and would be skewed and distorted. I tried resolving the problem through customer service but they provide no phone support and I could not find a number on the web. Finally I entered a dispute through PayPal. 14 messages were posted and the whole time a4desk tried to make the problem out to be me and not the program. I followed all their steps and the last suggestion seemed to work. However, if I deleted the image and tried to reload the same image, it would rescale the image smaller. They offered no real means of support and were very disrespectful in their tone with me. I made it clear that I liked the program and wanted to use it but I could not get it to work properly. After "customer no service" I am stuck with a program that does not operate correctly and no refund for my money. If you deal with this company you are taking a big chance with your money.
