'WinPIM' is a personal information organizer. It allows you to categorize data about your contacts, scheduled appointments, e-mails, and so on. The program can be used as a diary, calendar, or task manager. I was impressed by the multitude of features and by its user-friendliness.

The user interface is very important in information management software. It gives you easy access to all the features, while keeping things simple. In my opinion, WinPIM meets these criteria. Its interface looks nice, making the program very appealing. The program is designed to organize information and it does it very well.

WinPIM has other extra features, which make it even more powerful. I was impressed by its built-in e-mail client. It supports multiple e-mail accounts, attachments, and the creation of e-mail templates. I also like the "Search and Report" feature, which allows you to search through your contacts, e-mails, tasks, notes, diary, and so on.

Another thing worth mentioning is that WinPIM's data can be protected by a password. The "Enter password" dialog appears when you start the program. This way it prevents unauthorized users from seeing your personal data.

Pluses: The application supports multiple users. However, the best feature by far is the program's ability to share data over a network. You can install the program on multiple computers from a workgroup, and choose to make your information available to all of them.
