The preinstalled printer driver for Windows was changed to Ghostscript PDF in order to enable a larger number of paper sizes (incl. custom size) and printing without margins. The system administrator can now permit users to install and configure printer drivers from their Windows clients.

YAFPC-Appliance was prepared to run properly in VMware virtual machines with VMware Tools preinstalled. A preconfigured virtual machine image for using in VMware Player, Workstation, GSX, or ESX Server is available for download. The mail server log file is now accessible in the browser interface for administration. Some minor bugs were fixed.

A new System Backup/Restore function was added. The administrator can now create backups and download them to his local workstation. In case of a system crash or a misconfiguration, backups can be used to instantly restore the system status via the browser interface.
