| Great Software
yep, this is exactly what i was looking for: a simple program to tweak .WAV and .MP3 files into ringers for my cell phone. The interface is pretty straightforward.

| simple and everything you need
simple interface, easy to use but still technical enough to make minor changes. perfect for editing songs and adding in
effects easily.

| Total Recorder Editor quickly proved itself
Total Recorder Editor is also an all in one program, with plugins that allow for CD Ripping and Copying. If time is a precious commodity to you, and you dont want to take the time to learn an overly complicated program, then this is waht you want. Just for reference, I was able to perform most functions of this program within a half hour of playing with it.

It does everything I could possibly want it to do.
For anyone that has ever used a music editing software this is easy.
