MS Excel files are made searchable. Users can search for data either by entire files as usual, or selectively by Excel columns and rows. In the latter case, search results that come from many Excel files are presented by columns and rows in one view. Users have the ability to apply sophisticated multicolumn filters to column data in fact using Text Filterer as the data analysis tool. Also, users can search Excel files by file properties such as the title, author, subject, keywords, and/or comments.

PDF and Unicode files are now supported. PDFs can be searched for both full text and file attributes such as the title, the subject, the author and the keywords. The copy resultant files feature is added with the option to convert them into plain text files preserving original text layout.
