Haven't bought Clipshare yet, but support is weak.... I really like Clipshare's potential, but the support issue is driving me batty. After waiting days for a response to my question, "Are you still in business?", I finally got a response saying they were. I just sent a list of additional questions to them -- I certainly hope they are much more prompt this time. Primarily, I want to know if the site can be converted to a picture sharing site. And why the hell is their user forum still offline?? It still says "Moving to a different server. Rebuilding forum permissions." I'm not an expert, but how long does that bloody take?? As a first time user, I want to use Clipshare's community forum to reach out to other developers! As far pre-sales service goes, it's sorely lacking. I can only imagine post-sales support....
