| Haven't bought Clipshare yet, but support is weak....
I really like Clipshare's potential, but the support issue is driving me batty. After waiting days for a response to my question, "Are you still in business?", I finally got a response saying they were. I just sent a list of additional questions to them -- I certainly hope they are much more prompt this time. Primarily, I want to know if the site can be converted to a picture sharing site. And why the hell is their user forum still offline?? It still says "Moving to a different server. Rebuilding forum permissions." I'm not an expert, but how long does that bloody take?? As a first time user, I want to use Clipshare's community forum to reach out to other developers! As far pre-sales service goes, it's sorely lacking. I can only imagine post-sales support....

Avoid this product and company. There is better script available for free and better support from real users vs. the sales (ie., no technical experience) professionals at ClipShare. Do a quick search and you'll see the terrible product and service you can expect from this product and company. stay away, stay away, stay away, stay away, stay away
