A CRM product that satisfies in every way Because we already had an own software product that monitored our sales and customers, and since most of the CRM developing companies are reluctant when it comes to implement their own software with another, we had a difficult time finding a CRM solution that satisfied our needs. We contacted the team responsible for CRMWeb with same expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The support team was very open and willing to help us with a quick resolution for our problem. In just a week they were able to make a full integration between the two softwares. When we asked how have they done so quickly, we were told that CRMWeb has a flexible architecture, which allows quick and secure modifications. We’ve been using their product for several months now and we’re very satisfied with it and the customer support is also excellent. We recommend this software to anyone who had bad experiences with their current CRM product.
