Internet Text Speaker is a very easy to use program which integrates itself to the Internet Explorer and Firefox context menu ie the right click menu. After installing it, while surfing you can select and right click any text and choose Speak Text. A small window will open and read your text. You can adjust the volume, read rate, voice etc....
